PresentDock macOS · Apple Silicon · $29 one-time

macOS menu bar app · waitlist open

A menu bar toolbox for live sessions.

Draw on any screen, read a script only you can see, take questions and reactions from the audience's phones, and get quiet help in meetings. One app in the menu bar, no Dock icon, nothing to alt-tab to.

$29 one-time when it ships. macOS on Apple Silicon. You'll get one email when it's ready, nothing else.

01 · Annotate

Draw on anything on screen

Arrows, boxes, pen and text over any app. Arrows snap to shapes and follow them when you move things. Scroll on a box to zoom into whatever is under it.

  • Ghost mode. Hold Ctrl+Option, draw, let go. The strokes vanish and the screen is clean again.
  • Persistent canvas. Toggle drawing with Cmd+Shift+X. Your marks stay until you clear them.
  • Share Canvas. Mirror a region of your annotated screen into a window you can pick as a source in any video call.

02 · Teleprompter

A script only you can see

Your notes float over the screen and can stay out of screen sharing and recordings. Step through them with a shortcut, keep a clock and a timer in view, and look at the audience instead of a second monitor.

03 · Audience

The audience joins from their phones

They open a link, no app to install. Questions and emoji reactions land on your screen as they come in, and you pick which questions to show. You run drawing and the prompter from your own phone, away from the keyboard. A public link works for remote audiences with no shared Wi-Fi.

The Remote settings pane: presenter name, server status, audience remote, presenter remote with Google sign-in, and a public link option
The audience page on a phone: live room reactions, a questions list, a session rating, a row of emoji to react with, and a field to ask a question
04 · Meetings

Quiet help in meetings

Meeting Copilot listens to the call and suggests questions and answers in a private overlay. Chat is a window for anything mid-session. The Assist Bar reads what is on your screen when you ask it to. All of it runs on your own OpenRouter and Deepgram keys.

  • Meeting Copilot. Live transcript, suggested questions, suggested answers, hidden from screen sharing.
  • Chat. A stealth chat window one shortcut away.
  • Assist Bar. Ask about what is on screen; it reads the text so you don't have to paste it.
